Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

Dekke Hud Skincare ships to all 50 States, excluding P.O. Boxes. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer than to the contiguous United States.

International Shipping:

We also ship internationally to the following 19 countries:

You will be responsible for any taxes or other fees due upon delivery of your items. These charges are not included in the flat International shipping rate.

We ship Monday-Friday, but not on holidays. All in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days after credit card authorization and verification. International delivery times vary by location.

Return Policy: 14-Day Money Back Guarantee:

At Dekke Hud Skincare we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a money back guarantee within 14-days of receiving your order.

In the case of a return, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. They will then be reimbursed based on the original form of payment; if applicable, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Instructions for Returns:

1. All returns are required to obtain a return authorization number (RN#) by emailing info@dekkehud.com, Monday-Friday, 9AM–5PM PST, with the following information:

      • First & Last name
      • Order number
      • Name of products to be returned
      • Reason for return

2. Products must be returned in their original packaging and include any promotional or gift items that may have been included in the original purchase.

3. Mail the return within 2 weeks of receiving the RN# at the address provided in the return email.

4. The RN# must be written clearly on the outside of the box. Any returns sent to us without the RN # will not be accepted or granted a refund.

Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to be reflected after receipt of the return. Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense. We recommend choosing a method of shipping with tracking and insurance as the buyer will be held responsible for lost or missing packages.

Returned products that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed through our website, that order may be cancelled within 24 hours. In order to cancel an order we require that the request be sent to info@dekkehud.com, complete with the order’s details.

If you would like to cancel your order outside the 24 hour return window, it will be considered a return, thus subject to our return policy. You (the buyer) will then incur any additional shipping fees in order to return the product to Dekke Hud Skincare.

Exchange Policy

Please note that Dekke Hud Skincare does not offer exchanges when you return online purchases by mail. You may follow our 14-day Money Back Guarantee policy to get a full refund. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
